In figures 1 and 2, you can see two Elite machines present in the factory.

These machines create special holes in the raw MDF panels. The depth of these holes is designed so that they are not fully through, and from the other side of the MDF, the holes are not visible. This ensures that the joints are hidden inside the body, making the product unique and very elegant, as shown in figure 3.

Afterward, these parts go through several stages such as gluing and vacuum pressing, and finally, they are brought to the assembly hall. The special Elite screws, visible in figure 4, are mounted on the parts and make the joints easy and secure.

It’s very neat and simple!!! You won’t even notice the joints from the outside of the product.

Over time, unlike nails and screws, these joints won’t loosen inside the body, resulting in a product with long-lasting durability and elegance.
